When living with a disability, you or a loved one may notice that you may benefit from receiving specific supports in your day-to-day life. At Your Side, we’re dedicated to helping you manage and coordinate an NDIS plan which can be tailored to you to help you or a loved one achieve your goals. We will work with you to deliver the support you need in the way that you want.
We’ll help you sort things out
Your Side can help you get direct access to NDIS. Our NDIS Customer Care Coordinators will work with you throughout every step of the process to discuss your NDIS plan and ensure that you receive the services that support your goals. We can help you access funding and support through NDIS. Our NDIS Care Consultants will tailor support services to your needs and advocate on your behalf.
If you don’t qualify for government funding, or want to access support services while you wait for your government funding application to be processed, you may choose to purchase our services privately. Whether you are funded privately or by NDIS, we will support and work with you to make sure you receive the services that you want.
