Get involved: IHACPA Aged care cost data collections

By Lilly Sorensen

Why get involved in a costing study?

The Independent Health and Aged Care Pricing Authority’s (IHACPA) cost collection studies aim to understand the fully absorbed cost of delivering services and captures in-scope costs related to service delivery such as non-care staff costs, overheads such as rent, utilities, IT, and other expenses. The series of studies will inform IHACPA’s advice to government on the pricing of aged care services, and inform the implementation of the Support at Home program.
