Hosted by SSI Home Care Workforce Support Program, this workshop builds capability in managers and team leaders to be more responsive and confident when working with culturally diverse workers and team members. Culturally responsive practice training is a reflective process that will help leaders gain an insight into their own culture, behaviour and work practices. It will build awareness on how leaders can play a role in creating safe and inclusive work environments and harness the power of diversity within their team members.
