This 3 hour online training session will be developed to assist CHSP providers to better understand the Aged Care Reforms with a focus on the latest available information to guide strategic planning and workforce changes required. This session covers important topics such as:

• What are the Aged Care Reforms?
• Changes to the role of Care Manager/ Coordinators/ Customer Care teams in the new system (drawing on available information from the DoHAC)
• Financial implications or proposed fee changes and options for financial viability
• Operational requirements of the proposed new services
• Things to communicate to CHSP workforce/team members and consumers
• Practical interim steps to strategically plan for upcoming changes
