Helping service providers manage change to the Support at Home Program.

In–home support services now have a Roadmap outlining the sequencing and timing of aged care reforms until the establishment of a new In-home Aged Care Program in July 2025.  This one-hour session explores where we are now, what is expected to happen when and why and the implications for service provider organisations.  What should you be thinking about?  What should you be doing to prepare for a new aged care world?  This one-hour, on-line session is targeted towards Board members, senior staff, managers, coordinators and team leaders.
