To provide tailored training for aged care service providers in project & event management that will enhance their ability to work strategically and collaboratively and become well-resourced to meet the
needs of our changing population.

To equip aged-care managers, workers with project management and negotiations skills, the three-hour face-to-face workshop will cover:

• Introductions, stakeholders and potential collaborators
• Navigating Grants, Funding and Collaborations – alignment, strategy and information
• Drafting a project plan
• Sharing best practice
• How to work strategically and efficiently and become a highly valued contributor

Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
