This online workshop is designed to support providers of aged care home services in developing their knowledge, skills and practical understanding of monitoring and assessing their own performance, to ensure services are delivered in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

This interactive workshop includes practical activities designed to help participants understand the principles of self-assessment and how these principles can be applied to performance monitoring and review to deliver continuous improvement and beneficial consumer outcomes.
