Participants will gain practical tools and strategies to confidently manage client expectation, particularly those arising from the implementation of the new Aged Care Act.

The webinar will be tailored to staff working in CHSP programs.
The content will therefore be linked to the Aged Care Act 2024, the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, CHSP programme guidelines and broader legislation including the Fair Work ACT 2009, Health Records ACT 2001 and Privacy Principles.
