This course is designed for anyone working in an organisation involved in customer service and community contact.
You will gain knowledge in:
- The role and work of the Ageing and Disability Commission
- The different types of abuse, neglect and exploitation of older people and adults with disability within the family, home and community.
The webinar will include case studies and time for questions.
Guest speaker: NSW Ageing and Disability Commission (ADC).
The NSWADC handles reports about older people and adults with disability who are subject to, or at risk of, abuse, neglect and exploitation in their family, home and community.
