During this session, Dr Rebecca Michalak, Managing Director at PsychSafe will delve into the principles of good work design, including how employers and safety professionals can:

• identify psychosocial hazards
• assess these risks in their own environment
• explore control measures for these risks
• conduct ongoing reviews of these measures to ensure they remain effective.
