Organised by the Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing, this webinar focuses on the connection between food, culture and identity and the importance of providing food diversity and choice in aged care settings.
It will include good practice examples from Bolton Clarke and Altura Learning.
It will also include insights from OSCAR Care Group about how to co-design multicultural recipes that have been approved by dietitians working in aged care.
