Carers Australia and the Australian Digital Health Agency are helping carers better understand how digital health systems can support them. This includes learning how digital health can be used safely and securely, how health information is protected, and how carers can manage access settings.

Digital health information includes:
• Pathology or diagnostic imaging results;
• Immunisations;
• Medications;
• Discharge summaries; and
• Electronic prescriptions.

Carers NSW invites carers to stay for an additional hour for a Future Planning workshop. This workshop will guide carers through the key legal, medical, financial and practical considerations involved in planning for the future. It will also provide information about tools and supports to help carers in planning for the future; End of life planning; Helpful services and resources.

This event will be held in North Sydney with two dates to choose from:
Option One:  Mon 13 April 2026, 10am- 12pm
Option Two:  Wed 15 April 2026, 1pm – 3pm
