Clinical Governance Audits for CHSP Providers and newly developed checklist to meet diverse client needs

This training program provides a comprehensive understanding of clinical governance in CHSP, with a focus on compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement in line with the strengthened standards.

Module 1 introduces key clinical governance concepts, highlighting their importance under the Strengthened Quality Standards.

Module 2 guides participants through the development and implementation of clinical governance frameworks, covering risk management, quality assurance, and culturally safe, client-centred care.

Module 3 focuses on accountability and continuous improvement, offering strategies for monitoring clinical care, highlighting checklists and tools to aid compliance, gathering feedback from CALD clients and communities, and adapting quality improvement processes to meet diverse needs.
