This engaging and practical workshop is designed to empower CHSP field staff, particularly those from newly growth-funded providers, with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver high-quality support to older Australians.

Participants will strengthen their understanding of effective service delivery, documentation, reporting, and client care standards, while reinforcing their commitment to the Aged Care Code of Conduct and culturally respectful practices. The session also provides valuable insight into CHSP’s vital role in helping older people remain independent at home, and prepares providers for the evolving aged care landscape, including the transition to the Support at Home program.
