How do you manage burnout and fatigue? As working remotely becomes mainstream, our working hours and stress levels are increasing globally. Constant consumption of digital notifications, screens and video conferencing can also increase fatigue levels. From the research, we know burnout and fatigue adversely affects our wellbeing and performance. In this engaging session, we will explore how individuals can manage burnout and fatigue for themselves and support their peers.
