Delivered by We Al-li and Banksia Healing, this program is designed for frontline professionals working with Aboriginal clients and communities across sectors such as health, child protection, juvenile justice, AOD, education, NDIS, corrections and community services.

Grounded in cultural healing practices and the @wealli.au trauma-informed framework, and delivered under the Sovereign Business Model, the workshop supports practitioners to move beyond compliance-driven responses and strengthen relational, culturally responsive and trauma-integrated approaches when working with Aboriginal children, young people, adults and Elders.

Participants will explore:

• Intergenerational trauma and its impacts

• Behaviour as language

• Cultural safety and reflective practice

• Trauma impacts on the brain and body

• Cultural healing modalities including yarning, storytelling, deep listening and connection to Country

The workshop will be facilitated by Keira and Taylor Edwards (sister team) bringing together lived experience, cultural knowledge, and professional practice.
