Hosted by ELDAC (End of Life Directions for Aged Care), the session will cover on the clinical, legal and ethical challenges that arise when supporting people at the end of life, at home.
This webinar is for allied health professionals, clinicians, and those supporting end‑of‑life care in community and home settings.
This webinar will provide health professionals with practical strategies to navigate the legal and clinical landscapes of supporting the older person’s end‑of‑life care needs at home. Using a case study, our expert panel will discuss:
- End-of-life care Pathway
- Decision-making capacity and consent
- Family conflict and disputes in the older person’s care
- Allied health’s role in end-of-life care.
