Hosted by ACCPA, this 1.5 hour webinar explores the term ‘challenging behaviours’ and defines what this means in the context of working with older people. The webinar explores some of the common behaviours aged care workers find demanding or challenging and workers gain an understanding about responses that can be helpful in these situations.
