We will also consider when things can go wrong and the importance of having clear documentation that can be reviewed. \nThis course will build your understanding and confidence about what should be documented and reported in your role. We will discuss the difference between subjective and objective reporting and the use of templates in the workplace. We will also discuss the importance of understanding verbatim reporting and why we need to document and report information that can be shared with other stakeholders.
