DESCRIPTION:CALD trauma-informed care training is designed to equip aged care providers with the knowledge and skills necessary to support older individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds who may be experiencing symptoms of past and present traumas. This training will create a safe environment for all by increasing awareness and providing insight into how to manage potential triggers. \nPartners in Culturally Appropriate Care (PICAC) NSW & ACT is part of the nationwide PICAC Alliance which is funded by the Australian Government to support aged care service providers to deliver care that meets the needs of culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) people.
