Activities reflect participants’ interests and focus on maintaining daily living skills as well as meeting people’s physical\, emotional\, social and cultural support needs. \nThe Southern Migrant and Refugee Centre and Swan Hill District Health will present on their multicultural and culturally inclusive Social Support program activities.
