SUMMARY:Gathering Strong Evidence on the Client Experience - Online Workshop series
DESCRIPTION:How do you know if you are hitting the mark if you don’t get useful and strong feedback from your clients? Quality reviews seek input from clients on their experiences against the Aged Care Quality Standards. This feedback should provide input into continuous quality improvement. Effective support strategies should make a difference to a client’s function or wellbeing. This\, in turn\, builds on wellness reporting. \nThis on-line course is run as three one-hour sessions with one week between sessions. It covers both formal and informal ways of gathering evidence including relevant validated tools\, measuring goal attainment\, survey design\, focus groups\, individual interviews and simple client feedback loops. \nIt is suitable for coordinators\, managers and senior practitioners with a role in service evaluation. \nPlease note that this workshop will be run over 3 x one hour sessions. \n1. Thursday 5th October\, 1pm – 2pm \n2. Thursday 12th October\, 1pm – 2pm \n3. Thursday 19th October\, 1pm – 2pm \nFacilitated by: Glen Sorensen \nRegister here
