DESCRIPTION:The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission will deliver a webinar focusing on rights-based complaints handling under the new Aged Care Act. \nHosted by Commissioner Liz Hefren-Webb\, you will hear from Treasure Jennings\, the new independent Aged Care Complaints Commissioner.
